Farin Long
Hey, I'm Farin! I was involved in LHS Drama from 2002 through 2004, when I graduated. I was the Drama Club Historian and helped out in the front of house (ticket sales, etc.)
One of my most memorable productions was Comedy Tonight! Amanda Hollingworth, Theresa Kyriaco, Heather Fenske, Faith Brocksmith, Mrs. Barthel, and I all did our own rendition of "The Cell Block Tango" from Chicago. It started out as a piece for "Mock Rock", a lip syncing contest during lunch, and was later inserted into the show. I remember how we would have rehearsals at lunch in Mrs. Barthel's room making up choreography for the piece and how much fun we would all have.
I'm am currently a fourth year at UC Davis and I am planning on graduating in June of 2008. I will have a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Dramatic Arts-Dance upon my completion at UC Davis. After graduation, I plan on taking six months to a year off of school. During that break, I plan on substitute teaching in Lompoc while preparing for my GRE and applying to grad schools in California. I plan on getting my Masters in Family Marriage Therapy and going through a certification program to also be a licensed Dance Therapist.
